Private Group Training - Boot Camp

Challenge your mind and body with this intense 12 week, 36 one-hour session program. Space is limited to ten per group. Sign up is a first come first serve basis.

Boot Camp meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5 a.m. or 6 a.m.

 

Private Group Training - Boot Camp Express

Provides three fitness assessments including body fat, cardivascular, muscular endurance and flexibility. Activites include weight lifting, resistance training, cardiovascular workouts, core exercises and flexibility training.

Boot Camp Express meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 5 a.m.

Private Group Training - Functional Fitness

The main focus is to improve your ability to better perform the activites required in daily living and recereational sports in a fun, supportive and challenging way. We work on resistance training, core training and flexibility exercises that will require muscles to work together to mimic movements needed to perform daily life funcitons. Cardio segments are less intense than the cardio work we perform in Boot Camp sessions. Download a detailed flyer.

Functional Fitness meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 a.m.

 

Jump Start SPINNING

This is not a diet; it is a plan you can live with . It is an eight week SPINNING weight loss program. Whether you are new to SPINNING or a longtime fan, you will experience a new approach to getting fit and losing weight. Each week the program will guide you to develop a lifestyle that incorporates motivation, sound nutrition, healthy habits, and of course, energizing, calorie burning SPINNING rides. You will receive an illustrated step-by-step manual, an easy to follow daily log book and a coupon worth $10 off SPINNING.com.
