Personal Training
At Granville Fitness, we have highly qualified personal trainers to design an exercise program for you and guide you through your workouts. Your personal trainer has the necessary knowledge of physiology and movement to design safe and effective exercises for you. Their expertise allows them to determine what type of exercise routine is best for you based on your goals whether they involve losing weight, gaining strength or improving your time for a 5K race. You will see great improvements in your fitness and performance by consulting with one of our personal trainer for exercise guidance.
Sessions are available for strength training, yoga, pilates and cardio. In addition, you have the option of private, semi-private (2-3 people) and small group (4+ people). Granville Fitness trainers can come to you, too. In-home training is also available!
We have many packages to suit your needs and fitness goals.
Membership is not required for Personal Training, however we recommend additional Granville Fitness classes for a complete program.
