I am passionate about helping students work toward and reach their fitness goals. I am passionate about fitness research and its application in group fitness classes and students' lives.

Hobbies
Travelling (I've visited six of the seven continents). Tending the homefront: cooking, gardening, kid's science experiments, wildlife, bon fires, and game nights.
